How do I sign up?

Go to the Log In page Enter your information in the new customer section and click Submit Email, Fax or mail a copy of your current business license.

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping cost is based on size, weight and distance of the package so the cost will be determined at the time of shipping. We do not charge a handling fee. BodyZone charges our customers exactly what we are charged.


What is your shipping time?

BodyZone strives to ship ground orders 48 to 72 hours after receiving them. Our goal is to ship all expedited orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Do you drop-ship?

BodyZone offers drop-shipping at a fee of $4.00 per order.


Do you ship internationally?

BodyZone offers international shipping through UPS on regular orders as well as drop-ship orders. We will not ship international orders through USPS since they do not guarantee delivery nor do they insure deliveries after the package leaves the US shores.


What sizes do you offer?

BodyZone mainly offers one size fits most and generally ranges from sizes 2-12


What fabrics do you use?

BodyZone’s fabrics are generally stretch fabrics that contain spandex.


What is the minimum quantity?

BodyZone requires no minimum quantities.

 

Can I make a return?

We will happily accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email bodyzonecustomerservice@gmail.com or reach out directly to madison.bodyzone@gmail.com with your order number and business name.

 

What Items are not eligible for return?

Items Ineligible for Return
  • Anything worn, altered, washed, or missing its original tags
  • Bottoms and bodysuits that are not in their original, unopened packaging (for sanitary reasons)
If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items, you will not be refunded for them.
 

What if my items arrive damaged?

Damaged/Defective Item(s)
If you've received your order and something's wrong, please reach out within 5 days.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, send an email to bodyzonecustomerservice@gmail.com or reach out directly to madison.bodyzone@gmail.com  with your order number, business name and a picture attached and we will happily replace your item(s).

 

How do you issue refunds?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
